Wolf Spiders

Wolf Spiders are seen more by people because of their habits. They hunt during the
night and are quick when they move to pursue their prey.
Female Wolf Spiders carry their spiderlings on their backs. When their eggs are ready
to hatch, the female rips the egg sac open to release her spiderlings. The spiderlings
then swarm the females body and legs for a few weeks for protection and then they
disperse.
Wolf spiders will enter homes in search of prey. Once they get in, they are likely to stay
and prey, they prey on other spiders and insects. They inject their prey and suck out its
fluids.
