It is a standard for a new construction to treat the area with an insecticide. This should be administered by a licensed pest control company.
Pre-treats are performed once the foundation, blocks, and backfill have been completed.
Once the pre-treatment spray has been administered, we fill out a 99A, 99B, 5 year warranty.
